Withdrawal Under Review?
What actually happens between tapping Withdraw and seeing the money in your bank — on IN999.
“Under review.” Two words that can ruin an evening. You won, you requested a payout, and now you’re refreshing a screen that refuses to change. Let’s take the mystery out of it.
The journey of a withdrawal
- Placed — your request appears in history.
- Under review — turnover, bank details and account checks.
- Success — the payout leaves via IMPS/UPI.
- Credited — your bank shows the money.
Why it waits
Turnover isn’t finished
The most common reason by far. If any part of your balance came from a bonus, it’s locked until you’ve bet enough. The withdraw screen shows a remaining turnover number — that’s the first thing to look at. Our bonus guide explains turnover properly.
The bank name doesn’t match
“R Kumar” on IN999 and “Rahul Kumar” at the bank can be enough to bounce a transfer. Copy the name exactly as your passbook shows it.
Bank-side delays
Even after IN999 marks a payout Success, some banks take extra time — late nights, Sundays and bank holidays especially.
What’s normal?
| Under an hour | Very common |
|---|---|
| A few hours | Possible at busy times |
| ‘Success’ but no money | Bank delay — check again, then ask support for the transfer reference |
| ‘Rejected’ | Fix the bank details; funds return to your wallet |
Message support the smart way
One complete message beats five angry ones: your registered number, the order ID, the time you placed it and a screenshot of the history page. Use official in-app support only.
